Terms of Advertising

  1. Acceptance

     By submitting your listing to the NZWP Service Directory you agree to the following terms and conditions

  2. Copyright

    All information included in this web site is copyright to the NZ Wedding Planner and to other people in the listings and advertisements published in it

  3. Publishing

    You gree that you will NOT publish or distribute any offensive or wedding unrelated contents or material on or through the NZWP.

  4. Invoicing

    Our invoicing cycle runs from the 14th of each month to the 13th of the following month. Your first invoice will cover the period from when your listing goes online until the 13th following as a partial month plus one full period. From this Point on you will only be invoiced on a basis as per your request on the 14th of each month.

  5. Payment

    The prices advertised on the NZ Wedding Planner are in NZ Dollar plus Gst. Payments are due 7 days from the date of invoices then the 14th of each month there after by automatic payment or credit card. NZ Wedding Planner accepts Visa; Master Card and Bank Card. Unpaid accounts will incur late payment fees and collection costs.

  6. Cancellation/ Refunds

    Your listing will continue until cancelled. Cancellation can be made in writing at any time, preferably by email and will be effective by the end of your current invoicing period. The NZ Wedding Planner has no refund policy, if you feel that you have purchased from the NZ Wedding Planner wrongly please contact us directly it will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

  7. New Zealand Law Applies

    The NZ Wedding Planner business is located in New Zealand and all services we provide via the directory are provided in New Zealand under New Zealand law.

  8. Changing these Terms and Conditions

    We may change these terms and conditions by changing or removing existing terms or adding new ones, at any time.  Any change applies from the time it is published on our web site.
